I am Ashraful Islam Shimul, a passionate photographer whose journey began in 2016 in Pabna, Bangladesh—a place that shaped my vision and inspired my love for storytelling through images.

Traveling has always been an essential part of my life, naturally blending with my photography. Nature and human life are the core themes of my work. These elements deeply inspire me, and I explore them through my own unique perspective. Through every frame, I strive to tell a story, capture emotion, and preserve moments that speak beyond words.

Over the years, I have been honored with more than 160 national and international photography awards. My work has been featured in numerous renowned publications worldwide, including The Daily Observer, Prothom Alo, Kaler Kantho, 121 Clicks, TBS, CN News, as well as over 95 international journals.

In addition to creating photographs, I have also served as a judge in various photography exhibitions, where I have contributed to evaluating and encouraging emerging artists.

Currently, I work as a wedding photographer and run my own photography firm, “Palki.”

Photography is not just my profession—it is my identity. I aspire to spend my entire life capturing the beauty of fleeting moments, the spirit of life, and the poetry of nature.
